We deliver FREE-OF-CHARGE to all delivery addresses within Kent.
Deliveries Outside of Kent
Carriage for deliveries outside of Kent is automatically calculated on size and weight. This will be shown at the checkout stage.
There are a number of products that have unusual dimensions and/or weight which makes calculating an accurate shipping cost a complex issue to implement online. When placing an order that includes these products the order would first be submitted to our Sales Team in the form of a Quotation request. The sales team will then calculate pricing and submit the final quotation via this website. If the prices are acceptable the quotation can then completed as an order on this website in the normal way.
Deliveries would normally be within 5 working days.
Own Van/Transport Companies
We use our own vans to deliver within Kent. For deliveries outside of Kent we use several different reputable couriers and haulage companies.
For deliveries within Kent our sales office can be contacted directly for tracking information. Some of the couriers/haulage companies used for deliveries outside of Kent make tracking information available online, and where this is the case you will receive notification by email or text.
If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days for UK orders, or 2 weeks for international orders, please contact us for tracking information. If your goods do not arrive within 30 days of your order being accepted, please contact us within 40 days and you can opt for a full refund or for us to make good the non-delivery. Items that are lost will be replaced or refunded by us.
Please contact us within 5 days if goods are delivered damaged and we will make arrangements for replacement or refund. Goods returned without prior agreement may have to be refused.
